• Position Title: Project Manager – Roofing, Siding, Window & Door Installation

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination:
  • Manage roofing, siding, window, and door installations.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all aspects of the project are executed smoothly.
  • Utilize the CRM for detailed records of project progress, costs, before and after photos, and providing regular updates to management and clients.
• Team Leadership & Supervision:
  • Supervise and lead installation teams, ensuring all work meets company standards and customer expectations.
• Resource Management:
  • Monitor project change orders and expenditures, ensuring projects are completed within the allocated budget.
  • Ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials and supplies throughout the installation. 
• Customer Relations:
  • Communicate directly with clients to address questions, provide updates, and resolve any concerns or issues.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by managing project expectations and delivering quality results.
• Quality Control & Safety:
  • Ensure that all work complies with local building inspections and safety standards.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and workmanship meet company standards.
  • Oversee safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for the entire team.
• Physical Demands:
  • Must be comfortable with the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting materials weighing more than 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions (including rain, snow, heat) as required for outdoor work.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • **Preferred but not required. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or home improvement industry (preferably with roofing, siding, window, and door installation).
  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
• Skills:
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds or more.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is a plus).
